This Privacy Notice has been prepared to inform visitors of the Foundation’s website blcv.org (the “Website”), donors, prospective donors, volunteers, prospective volunteers, persons who contact the Foundation through its communication channels, e-newsletter subscribers and other data subjects who submit their personal data to the Foundation through the Website about the processing of their personal data.

Volunteering and Application Data: Volunteering preferences, areas of interest, availability and time information, explanations you provide in your application and other information required to carry out volunteering activities.
Request and Communication Data: The content of the requests, suggestions, complaints, questions and messages you send to the Foundation, together with the related correspondence and transaction records.
Marketing and Communication Preferences: Communication preferences regarding e-newsletters, announcements, events, projects and campaigns and, where required, the related permission and consent records.
Transaction Security and Website Usage Data: IP address, log records, date and time of access to the Website, browser and device information, traffic and security records and technical data obtained through cookies.
Where necessary for the relevant process and provided that the conditions set out in Article 6 of the PDPL are met, special categories of personal data may also be processed. The security measures prescribed by the applicable legislation are additionally applied when processing special categories of personal data.

In this context, the Foundation takes the necessary organisational measures to restrict access to personal data, control access authorisations, apply information security measures and ensure that personal data is used only to the extent required by the purpose of processing.
