Personal data processed and purposes

• Your name, email address and phone number shared through the donation, volunteering and contact forms are processed to respond to your request and to contact you.
• The email address shared for the newsletter is used only to send foundation news and campaigns.
• Information related to donations is kept to issue receipts and to fulfil legal obligations.

Rights of the data subject

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request correction or deletion and to object to processing. You can send your requests to info@blcv.org.
